At Cover & Hyde Golf, your satisfaction is our priority. We've designed our return policy to be simple and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to begin the return process.
Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be received back within this 14-day period to be eligible for a return.
Condition of Products:
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and free of any damage.
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included with the return.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns.
Please note, we currently only accept returns from within Canada and are unable to process international returns.

How to Start a Return:
To begin your return process, contact our support team at coverandhyde@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Be sure to mark this RA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
Use a trackable shipping method to send your return back to us.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our guidelines.
Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days following the inspection.
We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside of the 14-day window or do not meet the return conditions.
Non-Returnable Items:
Final sale and clearance products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
